Our residences are ideal for university students, professionals, working holiday visa holders, those in between houses, and anyone seeking a medium-term high-quality living environment without the commitment of a long-term lease. It is particularly suited to those who value comfort, convenience, and a sense of community from all diverse and eclectic walks of life.

The minimum stay is three months. This allows residents to enjoy stability and continuity while maintaining flexibility that traditional leases often lack.

 

Your monthly payment includes: fully furnished private suite, high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities (electricity, water, gas), resident management and support, ongoing maintenance, regular cleaning of shared areas, gardening and exterior upkeep, and over 30 provisions of dry goods on demand including coffee, cooking oil and other essentials. There are no hidden costs or unexpected bills.

 

Yes. All rooms are fully furnished and ready to move into, however on special requests the rooms can be made semi-furnished. Furnishings are selected for comfort and practicality by our very own specialised interior design team, allowing you to settle in immediately without the need to purchase household items.

 

Absolutely. Each resident has their own private bedroom. Shared spaces such as kitchens and living areas are designed to be comfortable, spacious, and respectful of individual privacy.

 

Yes. Regular cleaning of common areas is included. Residents are responsible for maintaining their private rooms, ensuring a shared standard of cleanliness and respect.

 

Yes. Our residences are well suited to both study and remote work, with reliable high-speed internet and calm, well-maintained shared spaces.

 

Each property is professionally managed, with resident support available to assist with maintenance, general enquiries, and the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.
